The office is just north of Shawnee Mission Parkway and Nall Avenue. Convenient parking on the north side of the building. Ground floor entrance. Look for “Mission Financial Planning” signage on the building and “Weaver Financial” signage on the office door.
CHANGES IN OUR OFFICE FOR COVID19:
We disinfect the office daily, focusing on our two conference rooms’ tables and chairs, all door knobs and handles, buttons on the water filter dispenser, and more. We’ve switched from cloth towels to paper in our kitchen. We limit unnecessary visitors; for example, our mailman now uses our outside locked dropbox rather than coming inside to drop off mail. Our in-office restrooms are a step away, and allow for frequent hand-washing.
Clients can choose whether to hold their meetings remote or in-office (after May 10th). We ask that anyone having symptoms opt for a remote meeting.
For our in-office meetings, we’ve re-located a conference table and tv to a large open space we’ve cleared towards the front of the office, to allow for the required social distancing and a larger air space. Privacy is ensured by closing doors to all private offices during meetings. Hand sanitizers are available. We encourage you to bring your masks (and gloves) if you feel more comfortable with those measures. We adopt the same steps if so.
Remote meetings and video phone calls are nothing new for us! We share screens (of client reports), video, and audio when we meet online. We send you a link to those encrypted reports before your meeting (in case you want a printed copy), and a link for the Zoom meeting. We take extra steps to ensure security when using Zoom. You need a laptop or tablet, or a smart phone at a minimum, and then you click the link we’ve sent. You do not need to turn on your video, if you choose.
